After purchasing my new Honda Civic Type R I wanted to get the vehicle protected as soon as possible. After calling around to a couple shops in the area I was recommended Attention To Details by a local car friend. I inquired about their services and was quickly put in touch with their owner, Bryan. I described what my goals were with my Type R to Bryan and he was quickly able to translate that to an actionable plan. He invited me to come down to his establishment to discuss the plan in more detail and show me around the next day.
When I arrived to talk with him, Bryan greeted me with a smile and was very practical in his explanations. He walked around my car, showed me exactly where they where they would apply the PPF, where a ceramic coating will be applied, why it was important to cover those areas, and their process for applying tint to the window. Bryan were very proud of the fact that they use high-quality XPEL products throughout the entire process and their staff are expertly trained in installing them. It gave me tons of peace of mind that they have worked on other Type R’s in the past and were very comfortable working around the vehicle. After he explained what would be the best for my vehicle, he invited me to tour his shop and see some of the other vehicles his team were working at that time. They were working on all kinds of vehicles at the time from a 1957 Belle Air, A Mazda Miata, Toyota Corollas, all the way up to a brand new Ford GT. Seeing how much work they had made me feel like many other people have trusted Attention To Details with their cars and I was ready to pen in an appointment.
It was about a 3 week wait to get an appointment, but that didn’t really bother me since that tells me they have a lot of people trying to do work with them and I’d rather wait for good work then rush for shoddy work. When I dropped the vehicle off, I met with Bryan’s son, Dustin, and he became my liaison during the whole process. Dustin gave me the white glove treatment, he inspected the car again thoroughly and was willing to keep me updated along the way. Every day Dustin would text me pictures and videos of their process and send me updates on where things were. Dustin truly was an advocate for me and made sure all my questions were answered and I had absolute visibility into where my car was along the process.
About a week later, Bryan texts me to let me know the vehicle was ready for pick up. As soon as I could get over to their shop I made the trip over. The second I arrived Bryan had my car parked in their garage under all shop lights looking better than it probably did rolling off the assembly line in Japan. Never in my life have I ever seen a car so shiny, so smooth, so clean. Both Bryan and Dustin were there to show where all the work that was done, introduced me to all the crew members that worked on the vehicle, and educated me on how to best clean the car going forward. Each step of the way I felt Attention To Details were treating my car as if it were their own. There were no compromises, no shortcuts no half-assery. They are a company of people that love cars and want to make them look their best. They have a mission and they do that mission better than anyone else.
If you made it this far into the review I’m pretty sure you don’t need anymore convincing, but if for some reason you are skeptical I promise you Attention To Details will make your car look spectacular. They take immense pride in their work and all these other perfect reviews should be enough to steer you in the right direction. Recently had my truck in for PPF and ceramic coating. Bryan and his team of magicians really made my truck look better than I ever thought possible. On top of that, everyone could not be nicer and more welcoming. 5 stars would be putting it lightly!

I can’t say enough about this business. The price for ceramic coating with an 8 year warranty was very fair and even better when they gave me an additional veterans discount! From the owner to the gentleman who went above and beyond to make sure that my window rain guards and front bug defector would be mounted correctly using their own supplies verses the cheap stuff that came with the items. Above and beyond is the only phrase that comes to mind.

I cannot recommend ATD highly enough. After several frustrating experiences with other detailing companies, I can say with 100% certainty that I’ve found my lifelong detailing shop.

What stood out most was the zero-pressure environment. Dustin was exceptionally responsive to my calls and texts, and they were happy to accommodate several last-minute changes I made while the car was in the shop.
It is rare to find a family-oriented business with this level of work ethic. They refuse to cut corners and only use the best materials on the market. Unlike previous companies I’ve worked with—where warranties were a headache of fine print—ATD is completely transparent. Bryan personally emphasized that they stand behind their work and will make it right immediately in the event there are any issues, no matter how busy they are. I was searching for someone to apply ppf to my new vehicle. I don't have a sporty car, just a regular everyday vehicle. I called a few places but was given short answers and made to feel foolish for asking questions. I contacted ATD in Chesterton and spoke with Bryan Johnson, the owner. The business line is his direct number and he answers and returns calls himself. Bryan invited me to come see his shop after answering a number of questions I had on the phone. My visit was pleasant, informative and educational. He wasn't pushy at all, he wanted me to be informed. I was initially surprised at how clean the shop was and I noticed a large whiteboard with positive statements added by himself and his employees. This was definitely not the norm. While I was there I was able to see the various stages of the XPEL ppf application process. My decision to have ATD apply XPEL ppf to my car was easy. Bryan took the time to talk with me and didn't make me feel foolish for asking questions. I called to set an appointment but his team had a lot of work and was scheduling a month into the future. Bryan said he had an idea and would call me back. He asked part of his crew to work on a weekend to get my car protected as quickly as possible. Not many places will do that. I dropped my car off the next Friday night. When I picked up my car, Bryan went over all of the covered areas with me. I went back after a month for a check up and will continue to stop in yearly as Bryan suggested. If I see any area of concern, Bryan assured me he would look at it immediately and take whatever action is necessary to have it resolved. I was provided with a document to drop off with my car insurance company showing that the XPEL ppf was applied. This was the easiest and most positive interaction I've had in a very long time. ATD treated me more like a friend than a customer. I will continue to refer ATD in Chesterton to anyone who will listen. They set the bar very high and don't disappoint.

This was easily one of the best vehicle-related experiences I’ve had. The owners are genuinely down-to-earth, explained the entire process clearly, kept me updated the whole time, and delivered an exceptional installation. They use top-tier materials—none of the bargain products other shops rely on. If you’re considering PPF, stop searching. There’s a reason this place comes so highly recommended.
I waited a few weeks to do this review because I couldn't put the right words together on how impressive my experience was here. I had a basic inquiry on a Sunday afternoon, and I wasn't expecting a reply until the next business day, but to my surprise the owner reached out rather quickly to answer all my questions and invite me over for a tour of his place. It wasn't even a question on where and who I was going to trust my four day old vehicle with. It only took a few days for everything I needed. The truck looks fantastic! Ceramic coat PPF and window tinting, was all done perfectly. And they lived up to their name. I was worried about the littlest things for example the sticker in the front windshield shows where the truck was built...... Yep they saved it perfectly for me to reuse again, and I didn't even ask them to. I found that above and beyond the service that I expected. This is a really great place, I cannot stress enough that they are setting the bar very high. Do yourself and your vehicle a favor, and go check out Attention To Details!! Wrapped my 2025 Ford Mustang GT with them and ceramic coated the rest. Amazing work. Wrap looks perfect. Bryan did an amazing job going through all the details and questions I had. I noticed the quality of work and attention to detail that goes into these cars. I highly recommend them. Will be coming back here for sure.
I simply can't say enough good things about this place. I was referred by a buddy who is a frequent flyer here and saw the quality workmanship on his corvette so I brought my Demon 170 in for a full xpel wrap and window tint. After meeting Bryan, his wife, and a few of the guys I had zero worries about not just the care of my car but the workmanship and they did not disappoint!
